Nose:
Lifted aromatics of spice, nuts and violets with some hints of cherry

Palate:
Ripe and warming, velvety texture with a glicerol feel. Flavours of cardomon spice, black stone fruits and balanced by integrated oak, fine tannin and natural acidity.

Vinification and maturation:
Individually fermented and developed parcels of premium fruit were given oak contact in balance with the wine style and all parts were combined months prior to bottling and allowed to integrate with more oak influence.
